About Test Accommodations
An attorney-led practice helping test takers nationwide get the accommodations their disability requires.
Test Accommodations helps students and professionals obtain the testing accommodations they are entitled to under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We work with test takers across the country on admissions exams such as the SAT, ACT, LSAT, MCAT, GRE and GMAT, and on certification and licensing exams such as bar exams, the USMLE and the NCLEX.
Our view is simple: accommodations exist so a disability doesn't stand between a test taker and a fair measure of what they know. Getting them is often harder than it should be, because each testing agency has its own documentation standards, deadlines and appeal rules. We help you meet those standards.
Our team
Roger K. Neustadt, attorney
Roger has worked with students qualifying for testing accommodations for several years, handling requests and appeals with numerous testing providers across both admissions and certification exams. He brings more than thirty years of legal and business experience to each case, including years as managing partner of a law firm.
He earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Columbia University. He is also the parent of three children, so he understands what the testing process asks of families.

He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, an MBA from Marist College, a Master of Arts in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.
How we work
- We start with a free consultation and tell you honestly if we don't think we can help.
- We work remotely with clients in every state, by phone and video.
- We coordinate with your school, program and evaluators rather than asking you to manage everyone.
- We keep your medical and educational information confidential.
Talk it through before you file
